Long time no see and a little update with that, please

Hi my lovely friends!
There's been months since the last update and I'm so so sorry about that.
Things got really stressful with the move (suddenly someone wanted to move in to our appartment as soon as possible, so we decided to move within just a couple of days) and it really got the best of me for weeks to come.
But now we've lived in our new place for about a month and a half and it's fantastic!
Sadly my will to stitch has been running low, but for a couple of weeks ago I got a comment from Kaelyn who's one of my followers here. And I just couldn't get it into my brain that you guys may actually miss me and remember me at all.
So I started stitching, and stitching, and stitching. And now I've managed to finish page four on Sweet Shoppe!!
It's turning out so adorable with all the colors, and I just can't wait for it to be all done, but after the page finish I decided to switch to Foxglove Ball for a while. :)

I've also been thinking about starting yet another HAED, not so monstrous this time though.. :)
I'm thinking about starting it on 20ct, my other two is getting stitched on 25ct.
But I want to know from you, if you've ever stitched on 20ct, if you think 1x1 or 2x1 is the way to go?

I hope we'll see eachother soon! I promise I won't be long this time <3

  1. Looking good! I haven't stitched on 20 but I would probably use 2. But do a 5x5 block with both using a dark color to see which you like better.

  2. It's so cute! I'm glad you are back and settled in. I would use 2x1 for 20 count.

  4. Nice to see you back blogging! I have missed your updates on Sweet Shop. Wow! What fantastic progress!
I am stitching all my larger projects on 25 count 1 over 1 so on 20 count I would definitely use 2 over 1. But I would follow Heather's advice first.

  5. Hello lovely to see you back. I totally understand the missing in action part. It can be months before I post again too even though I do still stitch and read blogs.
Sweet shoppe is looking great! Keep up the good work.
